In a significant counter-narcotics operation, a joint team of the Assam Rifles and Border Security Force (BSF) apprehended an alleged drug dealer, David Thangkholen Haokip, from Hongkong Market, Moreh, located in the Tengnoupal District of Manipur on 14 July 2025.
