The Director General of Police (DGP), Manipur, visited Churachandpur district today as part of ongoing efforts to assess ground-level security preparedness and strengthen coordination between security forces and civil society.
During the visit, the DGP inaugurated the newly established Conference Room at the Office of the Superintendent of Police (SP), Churachandpur. The facility is expected to enhance operational coordination, internal reviews, and inter-agency meetings in a district that remains strategically and socially sensitive.

Following the inauguration, the DGP chaired a detailed security review meeting attended by senior officers of Manipur Police and other security forces deployed in the district.
