Imphal-based startup Akumen AI showcased its AI-powered smart glasses, INSIGHT, to Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla at Lok Bhavan. Designed for blind and low-vision users, the device can read text, identify objects and supports 22 Indian languages, including Manipuri. The Governor appreciated the startup’s efforts to develop inclusive assistive technology.
