Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh attended the inaugural function of a two-day Legal Seminar on Criminal Justice Administration at MSFDS Hall in the presence of Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla, judges, senior police officers, prosecutors and legal experts. Organised jointly by the Home Department, the Law & Legislative Affairs Department and the Manipur Judicial Academy, the seminar focuses on strengthening the implementation of criminal laws and enhancing the state’s justice delivery system.
