Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh was briefed by senior officials of the Veterinary & Animal Husbandry Department on livestock health, dairy development and rural livelihood initiatives. Discussions covered disease surveillance, preventive vaccination, artificial insemination and Mobile Veterinary Clinics aimed at strengthening the livestock sector and supporting rural communities.
