Director General of Police Mukesh Singh, IPS, accompanied by ADGP (Law & Order), visited Tengnoupal district to review security preparedness, policing and coordination among security agencies. During the visit, he assessed the security situation in Moreh, interacted with community representatives, reviewed border security at Gate No. 1 and Gate No. 2, and met personnel of the Assam Rifles, CAPFs and Manipur Police. The visit focused on strengthening border security, anti-drug operations, recovery of illegal arms and enhancing inter-agency coordination.
