Application Procedure
For Individual Farmers:
Collect the prescribed application form (hard copy) from the District Agriculture Officer (DAO).
Submit the duly filled form to the same office.
For Group Applicants (e.g., Custom Hiring Centres):
Submit both the application form and a Detailed Project Report (DPR) to the concerned DAO.
The DPR format is available at the Directorate of Agriculture, Sanjenthong.
