ISCOM Media Private Ltd. felicitated producer Suraj Khongbantabam and director Rakesh Moirangthem after their Manipuri feature film Phouoibee (The Goddess of Paddy) won the Best Film (North East) and Best Director (North East) awards at the Prag Cine Awards 2026. The film, which highlights the struggles of farmers and the cultural significance of paddy in Manipur, has also received recognition at several national and international film festivals.
