Civil society organisations from Manipur held a solidarity press meet at the Press Club of India, New Delhi, where they criticised the Centre’s handling of the ongoing crisis and called for the abrogation of the Suspension of Operations (SoO) agreement with Kuki militant groups. The organisations also submitted a memorandum to the Prime Minister and the Union Home Minister seeking justice for Naga and Meitei victims, impartial law enforcement, and stronger measures to restore peace and normalcy.
