The Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) today observed the 9th Death Anniversary of former Chief Minister Shri Rishang Keishing with a solemn programme at Congress Bhawan.
Led by MPCC President Shri K. Meghachandra Singh, CLP Leader Shri O. Ibobi Singh, and CWC Member Shri Gaikhangam, floral tributes were offered to the portrait of the late leader. The event was also attended by former MPs, former MLAs, MPCC office bearers, as well as chiefs of frontals, cells, and departments.
Shri Rishang Keishing, remembered as a true statesman, devoted his life to the cause of peace, unity, and public service. His enduring vision, leadership, and commitment to inclusive development continue to inspire generations in Manipur and beyond.
