The arrested individual has been identified as Thokchom Wilson Singh, also known by the alias BK, aged 26, a resident of Bamon Kampu Mayai Leikai, Irilbung-PS. He was apprehended based on specific intelligence inputs regarding his involvement in extortion operations on behalf of PREPAK.
