Four Individuals Linked to KNF (P) Militant Arrested in Kangpokpi
A joint operation by Kangpokpi Police and A/155 CRPF, under the direct supervision of SP Kangpokpi, led to the arrest of four individuals allegedly working under a member of the Kuki National Front (P) (KNF-P), a group under the Suspension of Operations agreement.
Arrested Individuals Identified
The arrested individuals have been identified as:
- Lungousem Kipgen (29) – Resident of Phaijol Village (Kangchup)
- Letminlal Kipgen (25) – Resident of Ebenezer Village
- Satminlun Tuboi (24) – Resident of Chalbung Village, Kangpokpi District
- Thanggoulun Kilong (27) – Resident of Luwangsanggol Village, Kangpokpi District
Preliminary Findings
During initial interrogation, it was revealed that the arrested individuals were working under Gogou Kipgen, also known as Jamin, a member of KNF(P).
Authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover further details regarding their involvement and activities under the militant group.
