In a forward-looking move to empower the next generation, Shri K. Meghachandra Singh, President of the Manipur Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC), officially launched the “Youth Vision 2030” document during the Youth Convention held at the Manipur State Film Development Society (MSFDS), Imphal.
